Welcome to the Parent Portal

Welcome to the Hamburg Central School District’s parent portal, an online resource that provides parents/guardians with instant access to their child’s academic information. With a parent portal account, approved users may log in at any time to view information about their child’s grades, schedule, and attendance. The portal is a “one-stop” resource no matter how many children a family has in our schools or which buildings they attend.

Instructions for first time users:

Once you click on the Parent Portal Link above, click on "Parent Portal Registration" below the username and password. On the account request page, type your name exactly as it appears on your child’s registration information. Create a username. Do not use your email address as your username.

Only sign up for one child. Once your account is approved, you will automatically have access to information on all children to whom you are linked in the registration information.

Once you have submitted your account request, it will be reviewed by district personnel. When you are approved, you will receive an email with a link to log in to your account.

Other tips:

Each parent/guardian is limited to one account per name/email address.
Click on the “My Account” icon in the portal to change your password, email address or username.

Opt-In for School Text Messages

The District is relying less on "robo calls" to relay certain information and more on text/email through service provider School Messenger. The District must have your current cell phone number and/or email address on file in order for you to receive notifications. To receive texts, you must take the extra step of opting-in.

To opt-in for text notifications, text the word "YES" to this number 67587.

Please be aware that your cell phone's standard message and data rates may apply. If you have already opted-in, there is no need to do so again.
