    What do we do?

    As a school-based Speech Language Pathologists, our job is to evaluate and treat children who have difficulty with speech and/or language. Speech refers to the coordination and movement of the muscles necessary for speech production. Language refers to understanding and using verbal and non-verbal language.  We work with students in grades K-12 who exhibit difficulty in one or more of the following areas:

    • Articulation
    • Expressive Language
    • Receptive Language
    • Auditory Processing
    • Fluency/Stuttering
    • Pragmatic/Social Skills
    • Voice
