Degree in Medical Technology. I worked as a Medical Technologist at several

area hospitals including Millard Fillmore Hospital and Lafayette General

In 1984 I returned to Buffalo State College to earn my teaching credentials.
I completed my Master's Degree in Secondary Science Education in
    1988 and
am certified in Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, and General
    Science.
I have taught science in Hamburg since 1985. I spent 17 years teaching
8th grade General Science and one section of Regents Biology at Hamburg
Middle School (previously Hamburg Junior High). In September of 2002, I
moved to the high school to teach Regents Biology.

    Mission For The Class

It is my mission to help each student develop confidence in his/her personal abilities
by providing challenging and exciting learning
opportunities and experiences. As a science
    teacher, it is also important
that I foster in each student a respect for and an awareness,
understanding, and appreciation of the natural world. It is my hope that each student will
develop his/her individual potential and be successful.
