Join the U.P.E.S. movement and walk with us across America! Students, parents, and staff are all taking part in this exciting program.

Our goal is to bring health and fitness awareness to the U.P.E.S. community.

Each walk takes place every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday promptly at 7:50 in the Pleasant Avenue Gymnasium. It lasts until 8:10.

The outline of the course is the entire first floor of U.P.E.S. Once the weather is conducive to walking outdoors, we will relocate to our track.

Five laps around the building is the equivalent to one mile. Four laps around the track equals one mile also.
