Overall High School Ranking: HHS ranked 25th (of 135) for all high schools in Western New York, and 15th (of 120) of all public high schools in the area. Rankings are compiled using 4 years of test results collected by the New York State Education Department.

Subject Awards:
HHS was given an award for success in achievement on state tests in mathematics. These are presented to districts that scored in the top 10% of all districts in a given subject area over a 4-year period.
 
Graduation Rates:  HHS ranked 6th for graduates who earned advanced diplomas in the region, with 60.8%

Sports Programs:   HHS ranked 5th of 43 high schools in Western New York. This data is based on sectional championships over the past 4 years. HHS has won 11 Section VI titles since 2008.
2012 All-Western New York Academic Team: Given to "the best and brightest members of this year's graduating class", as ranked by a nine-member panel of editors and college admissions directors from all schools in the 8 counties of the Western New York area.
