Donate Life is having a Kan Jam Tournament on Thursday (5/30). The cost for a team is $2.00 and signups will be outside Room 122. The winning team receives a $50 VISA gift card.

 

A representative from the U.S. Army will be in the Guidance Conference Room on Tuesday (5/21) from 10-11 a.m.

Students who have signed up to take AP World History next year, there will be amandatorymeeting on Wednesday (5/22) after school in Room 208. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Pope.

 

5/14/13

Juniors: You can have your Senior Portrait taken for the yearbook at no cost to you. Photographers will be in the high school next Monday & Tuesday. All the information is being mailed to you. Remember there is no cost to you to have your Senior picture taken on May 20th& 21st.

 

If you are trying out for cheerleading, there is a mandatory meeting on Thursday (5/16) at 3:45 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. Bring your paperwork.

 

The next Drama Club meeting will be Wednesday (5/15) after school in Room 245. Discussions about next year’s club officers will be held.

 

The registration form for Drivers Ed is now available on the High School website. Fill out the form and return it with your payment and a copy of your permit to Mrs. Hines in the Main Office.

The GSA will be meeting today after school. Be ready to elect next year’s officers. GSA is off next week.

 

Drama Club will be meeting this Wednesday (5/15).

 

Chess Club and Student Government will be raffling off two tickets to Warped Tour during lunch periods. There will be over 70 bands and will be the epic concert of the summer. Tickets are $1 or 8 for $5.

 

Attention Freshmen: If you are interested in running for Class President, applications are now available in the Main Office.

 

Attention Sophomores: If you are interested in running for Class Secretary, applications are now available in the Main Office.

 

Attention Juniors: If you still need to purchase prom tickets, please see      Mrs. Owens today or tomorrow to purchase them.

Come support Hamburg Donate Life by listening to Hamburg bands in Battle of the Bands on Friday (5/10). The night will be DJ’d by Josh Potter from The Edge radio station!

 

The Environmental Club will meet this Thursday in Room 101. All are welcome..bring a friend and come on down. Thursday..3:00 p.m..Room 101.

Tickets for Donate Life’s Battle of the Bands to be held on Friday (5/10) in the High School Aud, will be sold during lunch periods starting Monday (5/6) for $5. Come out and support Hamburg’s Donate Life!

 

Any student bringing a guest from another school to the Junior Prom needs to get the guest form from the Main Office. It needs to be filled out and approved by May 1stin order for you to purchase a ticket for your guest. Questions, see Mrs. Owens.

 

Saturday Regents Review classes will be May 11thand 18th, and June 1stand 8th. Sign up in the Counseling Center.

 

Seniors should report all scholarships to the Counseling Center.

 

Attention Juniors: Prom tickets are on sale during all lunch periods. Tickets are $45 per person (or $90 per couple) All prom info is on the High School website. See Mrs. Owens with questions.

10thgrade physicals are scheduled for May 10th. These are mandatory so if you’ve had or will be having a physical at your own doctor, please see the nurse.

 

Chess Club will be meeting on Monday (5/6) after school in Room 140. Also we will be deciding the officers for next year.

 

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY this Saturday at the Hamburg Music Festival between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. See Mrs. Battin if interested.

Fall sports sign ups will be held Tuesday (5/7) and Thursday (5/9) in the High School Cafeteria from 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Fall sports include: Cross Country, Field Hockey, Football, Varsity Golf, Varsity Gymnastics, Soccer, Girls Varsity Swimming, Girls Varsity Tennis and Volleyball.
