Recent Court Decision Ruling
The Hamburg Central School District, for the past several months, has been battling several legal proceedings brought by a few individuals. In every case, the District did not initiate these actions but rather, was foisted into court (or administrative proceedings) and compelled to respond in order to defend the District and the Board's legal authority.
Recently, a court here in Buffalo issued a decision in one of those actions. That decision is public and may be obtained from New York State Courts. However, for the ease of the Hamburg community, we are making it available directly here.
