    Welcome to the Hamburg Varsity Bowling Website!
          This site will be updated frequently with information regarding practices, matches, ECIC Roll-Offs, and Sectionals at the end of the year. All student-athletes are encouraged to check this site frequently and view any reading materials and videos.

    Physical MUST BE COMPLETED prior to tryout. Student must be registered through familyid.com registration to tryout.
    Tryouts are at Braymiller's Lanes, attendance at all 3 days is mandatory for consideration to make the team. 
    1/8: New scheduled matches to make up for snow days:
             1.23 - We are away at Frontier. This will be at Breierwood Country Club. 
             2.1 - We are home against Iroquois.
    1/8: I have created a page for the ALL TIME Records for our Bowling program. I have compiled the Boys All time Statistics on that page. I am working to get the girls' records finished and uploaded. GREAT WORK!
    11/20: Rules and Guidelines are NOW CURRENT. Please download, detach, sign, and return by MONDAY NOVEMBER 27! 
    11/6: The match schedule is updated on the website. There will be a pdf for you to download and keep. Matches begin in November. Not listed are the Festival of Lights tournament (December Break) and the Roy Sommer Memorial (Just before Sectionals) tournament.  
    10/26: TRYOUTS will be held on November 6,7,9. The format will be 3 games per day for a total of 9 games for the tryout. Attendance is mandatory at these tryouts in order to be eligible to make the team. The tryout will start at 3:15pm with 10 minutes of practice. The tryouts will be held at Braymiller's Lanes in Hamburg. 
    7/2: Have a great Summer and we will see you in 2017 to progress the program. Please be on the lookout for signups (which will be online) and the Parent Informational Night for all parents of students wishing to participate. 
    RULE REMINDER: Any bowler wishing to participate in ECIC competition, is UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES allowed to compete for prize money. This includes but is not limited to; Adult Leagues (Pacing), Midnight Bowling, Adult Tournaments. Any bowler found to have competed for prize money in any of these mentioned activities or ones not mentioned, is subject to DISQUALIFICATION and REMOVAL from ECIC Competition. Any bowlers that have paced, or competed for money do not have amateur status for one year from the date the bowler participated in said event. This rule is in compliance with ECIC Rule 400.
    Also, bowlers may not bowl any additional games on the day of a match. The only bowling done that day is match competition.
