9/10 PHYSICAL EDUCATION

 

 

Task:  Write a four page paper on the following swim strokes:

          

                        A.  Front Crawl

                        B.  Back Crawl

                        C.  Elementary Backstroke

                        D.  Breaststroke

                        E.  Sidestroke

 

Please include the following information about each stroke:

                  

                       1.  How the stroke is performed

                       2.  Common errors found when performing the stroke

                       3.  What specific swim events the stroke is used in (Ex: 100M race, etc.)

 EACH STROKE DESCRIBED IS WORTH 15 POINTS IF ALL THE ABOVE  INFORMATION IS INCLUDED

This paper should be typed and doubled spaced.  Please use nothing larger than 12 font.  Points will be deducted for spelling and grammar  errors.  Include a bibliography of resources used. (5 POINTS)  This paper is worth 80 points.   Walking is worth 20 points
