****Request for Pictures for 5th Grade DVD****
Dear Teachers and Parents
We are putting together a DVD/slide show of pictures of our 5th graders through the years from kindergarten through 5th grade for the moving up day and your help is needed to make sure that all 5th grade students are well represented. Please consider sharing your memories of fieldtrips, class parties and school events by submitting your photos.
IMPORTANT: Please be sure that the photos you are submitting are from school events. We cannot included photos of events that are not school related.
We may also be offering these DVDs for purchase at the end of the year. Details to follow.
We have made it easy to submit your photos by giving several options. If you have a digital photo:
Sign in with UPES5th@gmail.com as username/email and grade52017 as the password.
Once you have logged on, click on the "My Photos" tab in the upper right, then select the Albums" tab. When you are in the albums section you will notice that there are albums created for each school year. Locate the school year of the photo you are adding from the list. When you are on the correct school year album page you can choose the upload option to transfer your photos. Please try to add a title beneath the picture with the names of the students pictured. If it’s an entire class picture, just the name of the teacher will be fine.
If your photos are hard copies, please place them in an envelope and send them in with your child to deliver to Mia Bellanti in Ms. Takacs' class or Liam Tillou in Mr. Borden's class. We will scan them in and return them to you within a few days. Be sure to include the names of the students pictured.
We would love to include as many photos as possible and be sure to have at least one of every student. Please limit the number of photos you submit to no more than 10. If we need more, we will ask!
REMINDER: Please be sure that the photos you are submitting are from school events. We cannot included photos of events that are not school related.
Thank you for your help in creating this special memory for our 5th graders!
