• Welcome to Mrs. Shafer's

    Web Page!

Who am I?  My name is Sarah Shafer and I am a speech-language pathologist in the Hamburg Central School District.  I live in Lancaster with my husband Patrick, my son Peyton, and my daughter Sydney.  We enjoy spending time with our LARGE, but lovable,  black labrador retriever named Montana.  In my spare time, I love to read, go for walks, and enjoy the various activities and festivals that are offered in our city and surrounding suburbs.

Where do I work?  I currently provide speech and language services at  Armor Elementary School for levels K-5.

What do I do?  My job is to provide speech and language therapy to children who have delays or difficulties in one or more of the following areas:

    *ARTICULATION/PHONOLOGICAL DISORDERS

    *RECEPTIVE LANGUAGE AND/OR VOCABULARY

    *EXPRESSIVE LANGUAGE AND/OR VOCABULARY

    *AUDITORY PROCESSING DISORDERS

    *PHONOLOGICAL AWARENESS SKILLS

As my schedule allows, I also provide Speech Improvement therapy to students in Levels K-5.

If you would like to get in touch with me, please do not hesitate to call me at AES #646-3350.   I am always thrilled to establish a home-school connection!   I look forward to another successful year here at Armor Elementary School!
