The Hamburg School District offers its students many health services in order to assist parents in meeting the needs of their children.

ATTENDANCE: Parents are required to notify the school nurse/attendance office for any days absent from school along with the reason for the absence, by using the above number or the voice mail service. A written excuse note, signed by a parent is required upon return to school for all absences or late arrivals [after 8:30 am].
MEDICATION: All medications to be given at school must be stored at the health office, must be in it’s original container, must be accompanied by a note from the student’s doctor and a note from their parent giving permission for in school administration. This includes all over-the-counter medications, too.
